How do I get support if I have issues or crashes?

If you experience modpack crashes, lag, or connection problems, ect:

Make sure your modpack version matches the current server version.  

Allocate at least 8–12 GB of RAM for large modpacks like ATM9 or Prom2.  

If the issue persists, open a support ticket — our staff or devs will respond quickly.
